The dough is made with strong, elastic flour, Italian free-range egg yolks, French centrifuge butter, and fragrant Navel orange candied fruit. To complete the recipe, top-quality raisins and natural vanilla flavor are added. It is then coated with a glaze made of top-grade Armelline almonds, gently rounded hazelnuts from the Langhe region, and a perfect blend of the finest egg whites and granulated sugar.
