This Easter treat bears the shape of a dove, earning its name 'colomba', derived from the Italian word for 'dove'.

Crafted using exclusive mother yeast, Flamigni Colomba boasts an exceptionally delicate texture. The dough is made with strong, elastic flour, Italian free-range egg yolks, French centrifuge butter, and fragrant Navel orange candied fruit. To complete the recipe, top-quality raisins and natural vanilla flavor are added. It is then coated with a glaze made of top-grade Armelline almonds, gently rounded hazelnuts from the Langhe region, and a perfect blend of the finest egg whites and granulated sugar.

The craftsmanship and mastery in Flamigni’s Colombe have been passed down through three generations.
