How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard ground shipping for orders over $100 before tax and shipping. Orders with a final subtotal of $100 or less ship for a flat rate of $9.99. Orders shipped within Vermont are $7.99 for standard shipping.

We also offer expedited shipping!

We use both USPS and UPS. We reserve the right to select the carrier and the service. If you need a specific carrier, please contact us and we'll be happy to help. 

Please note, we reserve the right increase shipping charges on very large orders. We will always notify you before we ship if there is a change in the shipping rate. 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, but you'll need to place separate orders. We can only ship to one address per order. Each address will incur shipping fees. If you are sending to multiple address, you may also contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Once I place my order, when will it ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. This may take longer during the busy, holiday season.

When will I receive my order?

Standard Ground Shipping: Once your order is processed and picked up by the carrier from our Vermont facility, standard shipping will take 2-7 business days. If you are in the New England area, your order will take an estimated 2-3 business days to arrive. Hawaii and Alaska ground shipping may take up to 16 business days. 

Expedited Shipping: Once your order is processed and picked up by the carrier, your order is estimated to arrive within 2-4 business days. 

If you need your order even sooner, please call us at 201-562-0312 or email, and we will work with you to find an alternative.

Transit time may be longer during the holiday season depending on carrier delays. Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays are not considered business days. Delivery time may be impacted due to carrier delays, weather, distance from our Vermont facility, and/or unforeseen events. We cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot give refunds for orders that are delayed. Thank you for your patience!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. If you cannot locate your tracking email, please contact us. Please be advised it may take up to 24 hours for shipping details to be updated by the carrier. Thank you for your patience.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship anywhere in the USA. We strongly encourage you to ship your order to a business or to a residence, not a P.O. Box, where someone will be available to accept the package. We are not responsible for orders that show as delivered by the carrier but not received or for spoilage for left packages. Please consider using signature required. If you need delivery signature confirmation, you can add that during checkout. 

Do you guarantee delivery times?

While we wish we could hand deliver every order, that's just not possible! Once we hand over your order to the shipping carrier the delivery time frame is out of our control. During the busy holiday season, your order may take longer in transit. Please order early as we do not guarantee delivery times! 


What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please contact us right away. We will work with you to correct the address. Once the order ships we will not be able to correct the address. If the item was shipped to an incorrect address and that address was entered by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping or re-directing the package.
