Attilio Babbi, after demonstrating exceptional skill as a confectionery apprentice, embarked on a journey in the 1950s to create cones, wafers, and ingredients designed specifically for gelato artisans in the heart of Romagna, Italy. In 1958, he innovated the "perfect dessert cookie," which offered an unparalleled tasting experience. This pivotal moment marked the inception of the Viennesi and Waferini products. Presently, the company is led by Giulio, the CEO, alongside his three sons, representing the fourth generation of the Babbi family. The values of love, meticulous attention, and care have consistently served as the foundation of the Babbi Company's approach, enabling the creation of unique and inimitable specialties.
