Established in 2005, by Rosario Tortorici and Nino Tornambè, Scyavuru is an Italian company located in a scenic citrus grove on the picturesque southern coast of Sicily, in Ribera.
The company derives its name from the ancient Sicilian dialect word "sciavuru", which means "scent" or "aroma" and mainly produces spreads, jams and pestos.
