The black, soft, aromatic liquorice is made to the highest quality, in salty and sweet varieties. Organic liquorice is made by evaporation from the juice of roots sourced from select farmers. The plants of the roots are grown widely around the Mediterranean, southwest Asia and India. The liquorice is produced gluten-free (made with rice flour) and has no added colors.
