Serra Industria Dolciaria was started in 1947 by Florent Serra and Loredana Ferrari near Serravalle Scrivia in the Piedmont region. Today, their factory is run by their family in Novi Ligure.

Isomalt, maltitol syrup (wheat, nuts), citric acid, extract of ginger(0,3%), natural flavour of orange, tumeric, acesulfame k, sucralose.
