Nougat: honey, toasted almonds , sugar, glucose syrup, powdered egg white , wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), corn starch, flavoring (amaretto). Amaretto biscuit (20%): sugar, apricot kernels (19%), egg white , milk protein , flavorings, raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate).
