Furco Riccia al Pistacchio
A perfect balance of sweetness and nuttiness: Furco Biscotti's Pasta di Mandorla Riccia al Pistacchio. Furco's Riccia al Pistacchio is a soft, fragrant pastry rich with pistachio, inspired by the island's traditional almond and pistachio sweets.
Furco is a Sicilian producer of traditional pastries, known for recipes such as its buccellati, the classic fig-filled holiday cookie. The Riccia al Pistacchio carries on that heritage: simple, high-quality ingredients turned into a treat that feels both rustic and indulgent.
Enjoy it with a morning espresso or afternoon cappuccino, serve it after dinner with a glass of dessert wine, or add it to a gift basket of Italian specialties.

The origins of this company date back to 1945 when Antonino Furco, a skilled entrepreneur, established it in a small village called Castellammare del Golfo in the province of Trapani. Initially, it was a family-run business that arose out of financial struggles during the war. They began producing bread and biscuits for local distribution, which gradually gained popularity. Eventually, a proper bakery and biscuit factory were established and in 1983, it moved to a new location where it exclusively specializes in the production of authentic Sicilian biscuits.
