What is PGI? "Sorrento lemons have obtained community recognition as Indication
Geographical Tipica (PGI), which protects and enhances the exclusive and inimitable “Lemon di Sorrento PGI”, thanks to its peculiar cultivation technique. In fact, lemons grow
on the "pagliarelle", straw structures supported by wooden poles overlooking the sea, located along the Sorrento Peninsula. The Pagliarelle form the so-called “Sorrento pergola”, which protects lemons from bad weather and delays the ripening of their fruits."

Ingredients

sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, acidifying agent: citric acid (E330), 0,1% "Limone Costa d'Almafi" PGI essential oil, Turmeric added for color (E100).
