Delicious Pan di Spagna sponge cake in just a few steps!

Directions: Pour the Sponge Cake Mix into a bowl, add the sugar, eggs, and warm water. Stir with an electric whisk for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and lighter. Pour the mixture into a 10 inch diameter buttered mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (ventilated) or 180°C (static) for about 40 to 50 minutes.
