Can I get a refund, return, or exchange an item?
We strive to deliver the highest quality products and package them securely for travel. In the unfortunate event that there is an issue or if a mistake was made by us, we will replace the item(s), substitute the item(s), or issue a refund or credit for the amount of the item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable unless a mistake was made by us.
Food items are inherently perishable, fragile by nature and sold as-is; therefore, we do not offer and cannot accept exchanges or returns. Please contact us with questions or for exceptions. Please provide the order number, and photos.
Only items purchased from torronecandy.com will be considered for a refund.
Please note, Torrone Candy is not responsible for product spoilage incurred due to the product being sent back to the freight location, left at your door, or PO Box or for packages marked as delivered but not received. We highly recommend that you ship to a location where someone can be there to receive the package. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
To start the refund process, email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the order with the order number and images of the product(s). We will work with you to make sure that you're satisfied and give you further instructions.
