Not the same anymore. Seems like a new recipe. The nougat is cut different, sticky and moist and the pistachios are mushy.
The nougat itself was a bit drier than the other Oliviero bars I've tried so far, but that was OK. This had a nice pistachio flavor and I'll definitely order it again.
This is the soft Torrone that you remember as a child. So good. Made with the best ingredients. Would definitely make a perfect gift.
