Only top-quality ingredients are selected for making this cake. Natural sourdough yeast serves as the leavening agent, resulting in a cake that is exceptionally soft and fragrant. The final product is a tall cake with a rich yet delicate flavor.
To enhance its aroma, warm the panettone in the microwave on low power for 3 minutes, or heat it in the oven at a low temperature just before serving.
