Once a year during the holidays, a traditional recipe for Milanese panettone is meticulously crafted, following strict specifications over a 35-hour process. Only carefully selected, top-quality ingredients are used in its preparation. Natural sourdough yeast serves as the leavening agent, resulting in a cake that is exceptionally soft and aromatic. The end product features a distinctive tall shape and offers a rich yet delicate flavor.

To enjoy panettone at its best, warm it in the microwave on low power for 3 minutes, or place it in the oven at a low temperature just before serving—this will enhance its wonderful fragrance. Toasted slices are perfect for breakfast when paired with cappuccino or make a delightful afternoon snack alongside espresso. You can also make French toast using panettone!
