Please note that transit times do not include Sundays or Holidays, weather delays or delays within the US Postal system. Under normal circumstances, orders received Monday-Friday will ship on the next day.
During the busy holiday season your order may take longer than 2-3 business days in transit.

We're happy to offer $9.99 Flat Rate Priority Mail 2-3 business days shipping to U.S. addresses. So go ahead, add more!! If you need delivery signature confirmation, you can add that during checkout.We use USPS Priority Mail for the majority of our packages but reserve the right to use other services when necessary.

Where does TorroneCandy ship?
We ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, and anywhere in the United States.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Not at the moment. If you would like to send gifts to different addresses, you will have to enter the items as separate orders or call us at 201-562-0312. Each address will be charged $9.99.
What carrier does TorroneCandy use to make shipments?
We primarily use Priority Mail through the United State Postal Service, so that items do not remain in transit for too long. During the holiday season we usually add an express USPS shipping option. If you need your item sent by UPS, contact us and we'll work together to get it shipped.
When will my package arrive?
Packages typically arrive 2-3 business days after we process your order. Please note that is timing is not guaranteed, especially during the holiday season. Please note this does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Under normal circumstances, orders received Monday-Sunday before 2:00 pm EST will usually ship on the next business day.
What if I need my order sooner than 2-3 days?
If you wish to expedite your order, please call us at 201-562-0312 and we will work with you to find an alternative.
What if there is a delay with my order?
Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee delivery times.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please review the shipping address upon entering the order as well as on the order confirmation. If it is incorrect, please contact us right away. We will work with you to correct the address. If the item was shipped to an incorrect address and that address was entered by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping or re-directing the package.
What is your return policy?
We strive to deliver you the highest quality products. In the unfortunate event that the product was damaged during shipment or if we shipped the incorrect product, TorroneCandy will replace the item(s), substitute the item(s) or if desired, issue a refund for the amount of the item(s). If a product purchased does not meet expectations, please contact us so we can work together to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Shipping costs are not refundable.
In order to return an item, we will need for you to call us at 201-562-0312 the same day you receive the shipment. We will give you instructions on how to package and ship the product(s) and you will have 14 days to return the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note that, TorroneCandy is not responsible for product spoilage incurred due to the product being sent back to the freight location, left at your door or PO Box.
