We are following CDC guidelines and are continuing to ship delicious Italian confections to your doorstep. We normally use USPS Priority Mail/UPS Ground but reserve the right to use other carriers in order to get your order to you in a timely fashion.
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
Transit times are 2-5 business days after your order leaves our Vermont facility. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Delivery time may be impacted due to carrier delays, weather, distance from our Vermont facility, and/or unforeseen events. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Thank you for your patience.
We strongly encourage you to ship your order to a business or to a residence where someone will be available to accept the package. We are not responsible for orders that show as delivered through the carrier but not received. Please consider using signature required.
If you need delivery signature confirmation, you can add that during checkout.
During the busy holiday season your order may take longer in transit. Please order early as we do not guarantee delivery times!
Please note that transit times do not include Sundays or Holidays, weather delays or delays within the US Postal system. Under normal circumstances, orders received received Monday-Sunday before 2:00 pm EST will ship on the next business day.
Please note, we reserve the right to increase shipping charges on orders over $200. We will always notify you before we ship if there is a change in the shipping rate.

Where does TorroneCandy ship?
We ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, and anywhere in the United States.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Not at the moment. If you would like to send gifts to different addresses, you will have to enter the items as separate orders or call us at 201-562-0312. Each address will be charged $9.99.
What carrier does TorroneCandy use to make shipments?
We use USPS and UPS.
When will my package arrive?
Packages typically arrive 2-5 business days after we process your order. Processing usually takes 1 business day. Please note that is transit time is not guaranteed, especially during the holiday season. Please note this does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. What if I need my order sooner?

What if there is a delay with my order?
Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee delivery times. COVID-19 - We are seeing a significant delay in shipping times for all carriers. We ask for your patience.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please review the shipping address upon entering the order as well as on the order confirmation. If it is incorrect, please contact us right away. We will work with you to correct the address. If the item was shipped to an incorrect address and that address was entered by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping or re-directing the package.
What is your return policy?
We strive to deliver the highest quality products. In the unfortunate event that the product purchased does not meet expectations or if the product spoiled during transit, or if a mistake was made by us, TorroneCandy will replace the item(s), substitute the item(s) or if desired, issue a refund for the amount of the item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable unless a mistake was made by TorroneCandy.
To do so, call us at 201-562-0312 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give you instructions on how to package and ship the product(s) and you will have 14 days to return the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note that, TorroneCandy is not responsible for product spoilage incurred due to the product being sent back to the freight location, left at your door or PO Box, left in inclement weather or in a sunny location. Please consider sending to address where someone will be able to accept the package.
