Free standard ground shipping is offered for orders over $100!* Orders with a final subtotal under $100.01 ship with a flat rate of $9.99 for standard ground shipping.
Orders shipped within Vermont are $7.99 for standard shipping.

How long will it take for me to get my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. This may take longer during the busy, holiday season.
Standard Ground Shipping: Once your order is processed in our Vermont facility and picked up from the carrier, standard shipping will normally take 2-7 business days. If you are in the New England area your order will take an estimated 2-3 business days to arrive. Hawaii and Alaska ground may take up to 16 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Once your order is processed and picked up from the carrier, expedited shipping will normally takes 2-4 business days.
Transit time may be longer during the holiday season depending on carrier delays. Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays are not considered business days. Delivery time may be impacted due to carrier delays, weather, distance from our Vermont facility, and/or unforeseen events. We cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot give refunds for orders that are delayed. Thank you for your patience!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please be advised it may take up to 24 hours for shipping details to be updated by the carrier. Thank you for your patience.
Where can I ship my order?
We ship anywhere in the USA. We strongly encourage you to ship your order to a business or to a residence, not a P.O. Box, where someone will be available to accept the package. We are not responsible for orders that show as delivered through the carrier but not received or for spoilage for left packages. Please consider using signature required. If you need delivery signature confirmation, you can add that during checkout.
Do you guarantee delivery times?
While we wish we could hand deliver every order, that's just not possible! Once we hand over your order to the shipping carrier the delivery time frame is out of our control. During the busy holiday season, your order may take longer in transit. Please order early as we do not guarantee delivery times!
Please note, we reserve the right to cancel or increase shipping charges on large orders. We will always notify you before we ship if there is a change in the shipping rate.

Where does Torrone Candy ship?
We ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, and anywhere in the United States. We do highly advise you to ship to an address where someone will be to receive the package. We are not responsible for spoilage due to left packages.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
If you would like to send gifts to different addresses, you will have to place separate orders or contact us at email@example.com. Each address will incur shipping fees.
What carrier does TorroneCandy use to make shipments?
We use USPS and UPS.
What if I need my order sooner?
If you wish to expedite your order, please call us at 201-562-0312 or email, firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to find an alternative.
What if there is a delay with my order?
Please note that delays may occur during transit due to carrier issues, weather conditions, product availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee delivery times and cannot offer refunds for delays out of our control. We ask for your patience. If you've misplaced your tracking number, you can always reach out to us!
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please review the shipping address upon entering the order as well as on the order confirmation. If it is incorrect, please contact us right away. We will work with you to correct the address. If the item was shipped to an incorrect address and that address was entered by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping or re-directing the package.
What is your return policy?
We strive to deliver the highest quality products. In the unfortunate event that the product purchased does not meet expectations or if a mistake was made by us, TorroneCandy will replace the item(s), substitute the item(s) or if desired, issue a refund for the amount of the item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable unless a mistake was made by TorroneCandy.
Please note, TorroneCandy is not responsible for product spoilage incurred due to the product being sent back to the freight location, left at your door, or PO Box. We highly recommend that you ship to a location where someone can be there to receive the package. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

We will work with you to make sure that you're satisfied and give you instructions on how to package and ship the product(s) and you will have 30 days to return the product. Shipping costs are not refundable unless a mistake was made by Torrone Candy.
