Easy Chocolate Fondue

Delicious on a cold winter's night! Dip some panettone or pandoro in along with your strawberries.

Not sure where this recipe came from but it's been in my recipe box since college. Not a fancy recipe but always fun to break out the fondue set!

Chocolate Fondue

12oz milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate pieces or sweet cooking chocolate

3/4C light cream

1-2 tbs cherry brandy, orange flavored liqueur or 2 tsp powdered instant coffee

In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate in cream over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in brandy or coffee. Pour into fondue pot. Keep warm. Dip your panettone! Makes 2 cups.
