Babbi Crostata Mix
Make tasty shortcrust tarts and pastries, with Babbi's crostata mix!

Directions: Pour the tart mix into a bowl, add the butter cubes and the eggs. Mix until the dough is homogeneous. Roll the pastry between 2 sheets of parchment paper (.5-.75 in thick) and leave to rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Cover a 10-inch diameter mold, fill with a jam of your choice, and form a decorative grid on top with the remaining pastry. Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for about 20-30 minutes.

Babbi has been producing excellent products in the heart of Romagna since 1952. They quickly became famous for their gelato wafers but the founder smartly decided to branch out during the winter season with other high-quality items.
