The 2020 holiday season is like no other. Our small team is dedicated to processing your orders within one business day, however the demand on shipping carriers is unprecedented and shipping times are much longer than usual. 

As you've probably heard by now, packages delivered by USPS and UPS are delayed almost everywhere across the U.S.

Priority Mail, which usually takes about three business days to arrive, is taking much longer. Packages seem to be sitting at USPS, or sometimes are "in transit" between facilities for a longer period of time than usual, or are not being scanned until final delivery. While we are seeing tremendous delays, orders are being delivered. 

You can always reach out to us if you have questions about your order but unfortunately, like any other business, we have no control over your package once we hand it over to the carrier. The majority of the time, the only information that we have is the same tracking information that you're looking at. We wish we had a back door number to the post office, but we don't!

We're frustrated about the shipping delays. We strive to process our orders within one business day and are accustomed to quick shipping times. Our goal is to provide a seamless and happy shopping experience from start to finish. We wish we could do something to speed up the shipping process, but it is out of our control.
