Majani Scorza Chocolate Bark
Considered the first form of solid chocolate created in Italy in 1832. Scorza (or tree bark) is a unique dark, crumbly chocolate bar made by carefully blending different types of cocoa beans and “rolling” a thin layer of chocolate on itself. The name “Scorza” was given at the time of its creation because of its resemblance to the bark of oak trees: wrinkled and irregular.
