Since 1961, Coloma Garcia has been crafting renowned Turron de Jijona and Alicante nougats, which have garnered countless awards across Europe. In 1961, Ricardo Coloma García acquired the trademark and machinery from artisan 1780 Eliseo Miquel, who sold nougat at fairs, and founded the company COLOMA GARCIA, SL. The company initially began producing artisanal nougat and sweets for the Christmas season. They have focused on quality and continue to use artisanal methods of manufacturing. In 1990, his son, Ricardo Coloma Verdú, joined the company. During the 1990s, improvements were made to the company's manufacturing process and infrastructure. In 2003, their manufacturing and packaging processes, both for their nougats and other creations, were recognized with the Valencian Community Craftsmanship Mark. As a family-owned company, their goal has consistently been to provide a top-notch product made with the finest raw materials, ensuring that customers can rely on us and their offerings for many years ahead. Their most famous products throughout the country are: Jijona Turron and Alicante Turron.
