durum wheat flour (Timilia variety) 33%, raw cane sugar, type 1 soft wheat flour (Maiorca variety) 14%, fresh eggs (from free-range hens) 11.8%, “Modica chocolate PGI” organic dark chocolate with mascobado sugar (bitter cocoa paste - origin: Ecuador - variety: Nacional fino de aroma; organic wholemeal mascobado cane sugar from the Philippines, cocoa 70% minimum) 8.5%, butter, extra virgin olive oil 5.6%, fresh whole milk 4%, salt, flavourings, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate. The highlighted ingredients may cause reactions in allergic or intolerant people.
