Type 1 Sicilian soft wheat flour, raw cane sugar, durum wheat flour (Timilia variety) 16.3%, fresh eggs (from free-range hens) 11%, butter , extra virgin olive oil 6 %, candied orange peels (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar) 3%, potato starch, fresh whole milk , manna flakes 1.5%, manna-based solution (water, natural manna 30 %) 1%, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate, flavourings, cinnamon, salt, vanilla.

May contain sesame, soy, almonds and pistachio. Keep in a cold and dry place. Keep the product away from heat sources and direct light.
