Type 1 Sicilian soft wheat flour 50.5%, raw cane sugar, fresh eggs (from free-range hens) 11%, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar) 8 %, extra virgin olive oil 6%, sunflower seed oil, potato starch, leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, flavourings.
