Torronecandy.com primarily uses the United States Post Office Priority Mail to ship its products. This usually takes 2-3 days to arrive after we process your order. If you wish to expedite your order, please call us for rates at 201-562-0312. We reserve the right to increase the shipping rate on orders over $200.00. We will always notify you before we ship if there is a change in the shipping rate. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability and other unforeseen conditions. We strive to provide quick and efficient delivery to every customer. Orders received Monday-Friday before 2pm Eastern Standard Time will usually ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day. At this time each order can only have one ship to address. If you would like to send gifts to different addresses, you will have to enter the items as separate orders.

Torronecandy.com has a wide selection of PRE-MADE BASKETS, however, if there is something specific you are looking for please call us at 201-562-0312. During our busy holiday season we may not be able to customize.
Do you gift wrap?
At the present time gift wrapping for individual pieces other than gift baskets is not available. We will however try to accommodate your individual need to gift-wrap specific items. Please call us at 201-562-0312 for assistance.

No, the packing slip only includes a list of what products are in the package, the address we are shipping to and who the gift is from. No prices are included in your package’s shipment.
Can I order chocolate during the warmer months? back to top
Torronecandy.com will not ship chocolate products during warm months. Please call us at 201-562-0312 if you need these products during the summer months.
What is your return policy? back to top
Torronecandy.com strives to deliver to you the highest quality products. In the unlikely event that the product purchased does not meet expectations or if the product spoiled during transit, torronecandy.com will replace any item(s) or refund you the amount of the purchase. However, Torronecandy.com is not responsible for product spoilage if the product was sent back to the freight location or left at your door. If a product does not meet expectations or arrives damaged, please call us the same day you receive the shipment. We will give you a return code and you will have 5 days to return the product for a full refund. Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return cost was incurred as a result of an error on our part. To return a product, please call 201-562-0312. Please save all boxes and packing materials. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
