Product Selection

Are you the manufacturer?

No, we don't make, package, or distribute the torrone!  We work hard to source many brands of torrone and confections to sell at the torrone stand and online but we don't make any of the products that we sell!

How do we select the products we sell?

A majority of the products you'll find online and at our festival torrone stand are still sourced from Oliviero Industria Dolciaria. Originally in Ospedaletto d'Alpinolo, near Avellino, Italy the factory moved to a bigger facility in Monteforte Irpino. The Oliviero family has been producing torrone, croccante, and other confections near Avellino since the beginning of the 20th Century. They continue to use traditional recipes while experimenting with new flavorings and techniques - ensuring they continue to supply us with high-quality products made with only the finest ingredients.

Our other products are selected based on customer input and assessment of quality ingredients. We look for well-known companies as well as smaller, lesser-known producers to help round out the selection we offer. Some of the imported Italian nougat we offer come from Ferrara, La Florentine, Quaranta, Antica Torroneria Piemontese, Flamigni, Fiasconaro, Strega Alberti, and Sorelle Nurzia. We also carry Storz from Germany and Vital from Belgium.

We have candies from Leone, B. Langhi, Sidari, and Baci. As well as taralli from Terre di Puglia and amaretti di saronno and biscotti!

We are always looking to source other products that our customers may be interested in and encourage you to contact us if you have a product suggestion.
